Lovely small well maintained site. Only stayed for one night stopover and everything was straight forward. Ordering baguette & croissants once pitched up was easy to do as well.

The establishment
Les Riptettes is a quiet camp site with large pitches and good facilities. It is a short drive from Pont de Vaux a town with all the normal shopping facitilities and an interesting river boat port. We use it for a couple of days en route to the South of France every year.

Generously large pitch for a car and caravan. Most pitches are bordered by trees so there is plenty of shade and at least the illusion of privacy. The pitches are green, in stark contrast to the dead grass or earth you get as you go South to hotter climes.

Un très bon accueille, même à notre départ le matin à 7h45, très bon contact, la piscine pour ce détendre.
Un peu loin des sanitaires mais pour un passage d'une nuit cela n'est pas gênant.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise für zwei Nächte auf dem Campingplatz. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und der Betreiber ist sehr hilfsbereit.

Heel lieve eigenaren die er alles aan doen om het naar je zin te maken. Veel groen en bomen op de camping waardoor het ook in de zomer heerlijk verblijven is in de zon. Sanitair wat verouderd, maar schoon. Veel mooie steden in de directe omgeving.

Het is een geweldige camping, alles is schoon en netjes, eigenaren zijn super aardig. Veel groen op de camping, zelfs een kruidentuin waar je van mag pakken voor eigen gebruik. Wil je lezen maar heb je geen boek mee(r)? Geen probleem: er is zelfs een bibliotheekcaravan waar boeken in het Engels, Nederlands, Frans en Duits te vinden zijn. Ontzettend grote plekken, met zowel zon als schaduw. Heerlijk zwembadje met ligstoelen en parasols. Mooie omgeving, supermarkten dichtbij. Aanrader!

Zeer goede service. Mijn vrouw moest naar het ziekenhuis doordat ze gevallen was. De auto mocht op eigen erf staan bij de eigenaar, waarna ik in de slagbomen bij nachtelijke aankomst zelf kon bedienen om te openen.

The establishment
Geweldig mooie camping in een rustige omgeving. Ook op de camping is het heerlijk rustig. Alles ziet er netjes uit en is schoon. Er word alles gedaan om het je naar de zin te maken. In de omgeving is goed te fietsen, het gezellige plaatsje Pont-de-Vaux ligt vlakbij je kunt er op de fiets naar toe. Er is een prima supermarkt op een paar km afstand in de buurt. Het brood smorgens is heerlijk vers, en als je dan toch brood neemt, kies dan voor Ceriale een heerlijk bruin brood en echt vers.
Accommodation review
We hadden een zeer ruime standplaats met zon en schaduw, een heerlijke plek met veel privacy zou zo terug willen. Bij aankomst mochten we zelf een plekje uitkiezen uit een ruim aantal plaatsen die Philippe op de plattegrond had aangekruist.

Superaardige mensen. Mooie, ruime plaatsen en enorm schoon.
Dat we maar 1 nachtje bleven.

The establishment
Heerlijk rustige, groene camping. Grote plaatsen met veel groen. Geen animatie, piepklein zwembad. Heerlijk stil. Niet geschikt voor kinderen en tieners die vermaakt moeten worden. Ecovriendelijk, dus geen chemische toiletvloeistoffen toegestaan
