Camping Kanopée Village in Trévoux. The campsite is charming, with a fantastic location and lovely views over the river. The staff are warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home.

Soap in the toilets. This was a big letdown. Why do you not provide any for washing hands? It's shameful. So many ways to contaminate everything on-site. Even though your site is lovely I would not come back for this hygiene reason

Staff very friendly and helpful, pitch by the river was lovely, facilities very clean.

A line on the website (active today, 14 August 2023) states: "At the gates of Kanopée Village, a campsite located in Trévoux offers a fun water park with privileged access to our guests." It is not a water park as the swimming pool has been closed for over a year. I went with my child expecting to swim, and couldn't. We met others who were equally disappointed that no pool was available, only inflatable play structures. This line should be removed or edited from the website to avoid misconceptions or confusion, and any subsequent disappointment.

The pitches were large and well kept.

The water for bathing / washing dishes does not go hot, not very sanitary. My children were shivering when I had to shower them. Place needs to communicate with 3rd parties about Cascades being closed as this was not communicated to us. Our young children were bored, could not use the bouncy castles as was closed.

Licht in den sanitären Anlagen schaltet zu früh aus, sanitäre Anlagen allgemein (zu wenig Kleiderhaken und Ablagemöglichkeiten). WiFi hat schlechte Verbindung.

Der Platz ist schön gelegen. Aber die Sanitären Anlangen lassen zu wünschen übrig. Es gibt kein Toilettenpapier und auch keine Seife und nichts für die Hände zu trocknen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Bloc sanitaire nécéssitant des travaux, arrivée d'eau capricieuse, parfois pas d'eau du tout. Pas de lumière dans les cabines lavabo, douches fonctionnelles mais spartiates. En bref si des investissements étaient envisagés, ça serait la priorité.

Die Lage des Camping Platz ist sehr gut. Der Service ist auch gut. Aber bei den sanitären Anlagen gibt es kein Toilettenpapier und auch keine Seife sowie keine möglichkeit sich die Hände abzutrocknen.

Die sanitären Anlagen mussten in der Hinsicht um Toilettenpapier Seife und die Möglichkeit sich die Hände zu. Trocknen erweitert werden.
